The Bahrain Grand Prix first made its appearance in early April in 2004 at the beautiful Bahrain International Circuit. Although still fairly new, the Bahrain Grand Prix made Formula One Grand Prix history as the first to be held in a stable area of the Middle East.

The Bahrain Grand Prix forms part of the Forumla One Championship series. The race covers 57 laps with a total race length of 191.539 miles or 308.238 kilometers.
