The Turkish Grand Prix, held at the Instanbul Park Circuit in Turkey, made its first public appearance in August of 2005 as part of the 2005 formula one season.
Description:
The Instanbul Park Circuit is unlike many others, having been designed as an anti-clockwise circuit after, along with the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace, Brazil, and the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Italy.
Due to the amazing characteristics of the circuit, it has a history of exciting on-track action. The race consists of 57 laps and total race length of 192.45 miles or 309.72 kilometers. The 2007 winner was Felipe Massa of Ferrari.
