Fans of the Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders should make sure that they get themselves to the CJ Raceway on August 31st for the next installment of this action packed racing series. The event is set to take place at the 4/10 mile raceway in Columbus Junction, Iowa, for the first time this year under the guidance of promotional agency Checkered Flag Promotions.
Eighteen-year-old racing phenomenon Joey Logano is about to take one of the biggest steps of his career – racing in the 2009 Sprint Cup Series in the No. 20 Home Depot Camry as part of the Joe Gibbs Racing team. Logano is already quite used to racing with people who are much older than he is and he is looking forward to the challenge.

Fresh from his victory in the European Grand Prix, Felipe Massa continued his good form during the first day of testing in Monza.
Whitmarsh: ?At 8am on Saturday, I received a phone call from the team?s doctor, Aki Hintsa, telling me that Lewis was in some difficulties - he?d woken up with a severe migraine and with his neck in spasm. Aki treated Lewis but, when he arrived at the circuit on Saturday morning, he could barely move his neck at all, so things looked very severe.
The Fiat Yamaha Team contest their second ?home? race of the season this weekend, with the San Marino Grand Prix taking place on Italian soil at the Misano circuit on the Adriatic coast.
