Held annually at the Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois, the MyAFibStory.com 400 covers a distance of 400.5 miles in 267 laps. Sponsorted by Janssen Pharmaceuticals, the race supports National AFib Awareness Month. AFib (Atrial Fibrillation) is the most common heart condition and a major risk factor for stroke.
